I have worked at Joyce’s Formals since I was 16 years old.  In high school I competed in pageants and won the title Miss Alabama Teen USA 2006.  Working with dresses and competing in pageants ignited my passion to be a Cosmetologist. When I got my Training License from Cosmetology School seven years ago, I began working in the salon. I became a Master Cosmetologist 3 years ago. I am so in love with my job and I absolutely love working at Joyce’s Formals and Salon! I also love spending time with my husband, John Dalton and our 3 year old son, Colt Waylon! My specialties are Hairstyling, Makeup, Cutting, Coloring, Hi Lighting, Chemical Treatments, Facial Waxing and Spray Tans!

Laney Binion

Saying “I love where I work” is an understatement. I have been a part of the Joyce’s Formals family since I was 16 years old. I helped with the pageant and prom dresses in high school and after finishing cosmetology school at Shelton State in May of 2016 I returned to Joyce’s to work in the salon. My services include hair styling, makeup, cutting, coloring, facial waxing and spray tans. I have a passion for this industry and would love to be your stylist!
